We work with the BSC DataRecovery laboratory to recover data from damaged media: drives are opened in a clean room, under an ISO class 5 laminar flow hood. You hand us the media, we follow the case from end to end.

What types of backup do you offer?
Three approaches, often combined: on site (local media), off site (secure remote data centre) and sovereign cloud, compliant with local regulations. The strategy is defined according to your recovery requirements.
How long does it take to recover data?
The time depends on the volume and on the type of backup chosen. We size the solution for a fast restore that keeps the interruption to your activity to a minimum.
What if the media is out of service and there is no backup?
We take charge of the media and hand it to our partner BSC DataRecovery, whose laboratory opens drives in a clean room, under an ISO class 5 laminar flow hood. Hard drives, SSDs, USB sticks, memory cards, NAS units and RAID arrays are handled, for logical as well as mechanical or electronic failures. First reflex: stop using the media and do not try any recovery software, which often makes the case worse.
Why a sovereign cloud?
To keep your data in an environment compliant with local regulations, the GDPR in particular, without depending on a hosting provider subject to extraterritorial law.
Does backup protect against ransomware?
An isolated, tested backup is the best recourse after a ransomware attack: it lets you restore your data without giving in to extortion. We check the integrity of the backups on a regular basis.
